Reservations for exhibit space at Wedding Show will be held only upon receipt of a non-refundable 50% deposit.
After the Wedding Show, all vendors will be provided a lead list of all brides registering and attending the show. These leads are not to be shared with any other event business other than your own for the purpose of promoting your service/product. Sharing of leads will result in a $25 fine per name times the amount of names on the lead list. List will be seeded for your protection.
Within 30 days of the show, this agreement is non- cancelable. The entire show fee will be due whether you have representation at the show or not. Should the show be canceled, deposits will be transferred to another show or refunded.
